We’re looking for high-performing individuals who have already gone through the internship, who are passionate about our mission and who are interested in owning a piece of NoHatDigital’s money sites in exchange for their creativity and hustle.
Becoming A NoHatDigital Webmaster
The new webmaster role is the next logical step up for our high performing interns who want to be a part of the NoHatDigital team. If you’re selected for the role, you will get an ownership share of a minimum of 2 of our authority sites, a group of 5-7 interns to mentor during each internship cycle, and the opportunity to partner with NoHatDigital to build your sites into real businesses.
Going forward, we see the webmaster role as an ongoing opportunity for interns and PTC participants to become more involved with NoHatDigital, advance their online chops, and make heaps of cash.
What Exactly Is The NoHatDigital Webmaster Role?
Despite what the term “Webmaster” might suggest, we’re definitely not looking for glorified web admins. Far from it, the NoHatDigital Webmaster will be expected to:
1. Take an ownership share of 2 or more of our authority sites and use their marketing creativity and hustle to grow them into something exceptional.
2. To guide a team of 5-7 interns through each internship cycle. The webmaster will be the first point of contact for interns, which is why anyone accepted into the webmaster role will need to be extremely high quality.
What Is Expected Of The NoHatDigital Webmaster?
We want to bring dedicated webmasters onto the NoHatDigital team who can manage the quality of the content on a site, test different monetization strategies, build relationships with influencers in a niche, build communities and email lists, and bring in new traffic sources.
Basically we want individuals who have the chops to take a large SEO driven site and turn it into a true authority site with multiple sources of traffic. As a NoHatDigital webmaster:
- You will relentlessly test new ways to attract and retain an audience in whatever vertical your sites occupy.
- You will implement strategies to make sites “sticky” and engaging.
- You will implement strategies to develop traffic channels in addition to SEO
- You will find creative ways to grow and monetize your sites.
- You will ensure that your sites are optimized in whatever metrics matter, whether its SEO rankings, traffic, revenue, engagement etc.
- You will manage a team of 5-7 interns who will provide content for your sites and you will guide them through the internship. You’ll mentor your team of interns and answers their questions, with the help of our core team.

Take your knowledge to the next level: You’ll be part of a team of talented SEOs and online marketers who will support each other and share knowledge, all with the common goal of being on the cutting edge of online marketing and sharing that knowledge with the NoHatDigital community.
Free access to the new PTC v2 course (value $5000): established webmasters who have steady traffic and profits rolling in will have the opportunity to participate in Hayden’s new course on how to identify opportunities to leverage niche site traffic into bigger business opportunities, free of charge.
Paid traffic budgets: established webmasters who have steady traffic and profits rolling in will be given paid traffic budgets to grow their sites.
Opportunities to share your knowledge: In addition, the highest performing webmasters will have the opportunity to mentor and train incoming webmasters and take an ownership % in their sites as well.
Access to private tools for personal use: webmasters who have been onboard for more than 1 internship cycle will have access to ranktracker.io for personal use and access to our private keyword research tool, Parched Oracle.
You will get as much out of the role as you put into it – this is an entrepreneurial role after all, not a job. We expect NoHatDigital webmasters to have the opportunity to build a high 4 figure, even 5 figure monthly income stream within 6 months to a year, but nothing is guaranteed. Webmasters will also have the opportunity to enjoy a large influx of cash if we decide to flip the site, or participate in building a long-term business and becoming 50/50 partners with NoHatDigital.
Who Should Apply:
Mandatory Skills/Traits
- You have read the mission statement post and you want to be a part of what we’re looking to build.
- You have completed an internship or PTC.
- You are passionate about online marketing and business in general, not just niche sites.
- You are interested in helping others advance in their journey towards online freedom.
- You don’t have a full-time job – this won’t quite be a full-time role, but it will still take a solid 20-25 hours a week minimum.
- You want to work hard & work smart to reap the benefits of your efforts – this certainly isn’t a passive income opportunity in the short term, though it could certainly become one down the road.
- You have a financial runway – you have enough savings and can live frugally enough to wait for a long term return.
- You have an abundance mindset – this role isn’t for you if you don’t like to share your knowledge.

- You have completed an Elite internship
- You have experience with other forms of online marketing beyond SEO
- You have other business experience
- You’re a professional writer
- You can code
- You have managed and trained a VA
- Flexibility to travel to Valle for at least 2 weeks at least every other month to work closely with other webmasters and core team members.
